Gramercy is a stunning and beautifully balanced piece, combining black walnut with characteristic grains and colors. During the finishing process, Gramercy took on a geometric aesthetic, leading to the use of splines instead of the more commonly used bow-ties, enhancing its unique geometry. The splines, intended to stabilize small checks in the wood, add a striking design detail that accentuates Gramercy’s distinctiveness.
